Job Description	Shift Timing : till 10 PM Location : Bangalore Qualification : Any Graduates and post graduates. Experience : 2-6 Years,  and 8-12 Years. Job Description : Candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in KYC / Client onboarding Management job including people management. To lead a 12 to 15 member KYC Review team Strong knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role within the Capital Markets Industry or as a part of Captive Service Delivery center Experience allocating and tracking work to completion Preparing reports / metrics to demonstrate progress Vs. plan Troubleshoot, internally and externally to help solve client issues Sound knowledge of Banking / Capital Markets products, processes and technology platforms Ability to manage near shore/ off shore teams together. Advanced Communication and Presentation skills Influencing Skills Problem Solving and Decision Making. Assess client legal hierarchy and the Know Your Client (KYC) documentation required as per policy Analyze information received and assess additional steps required to complete KYC as per procedures Document findings and ensure this is adequate for quality checks and audits Able to identify red flags and judge the need for escalation Able to meet timelines and turn around completed cases to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality Identify, recommend and implement process efficiencies Act as a buddy and assist more junior members of the team Maintain a record of and report progress as required . Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments Strong knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role, Client on-boarding space within the Capital Markets or Consulting Industry Sound knowledge of Capital Markets products, processes and technology platforms
