Wipro is a well known company which organizes Wipro BPO off campus / Pool Campus drives in different venues all over India, after certain intervals of time. And at each venue it mostly selects students unto 300 for the position of customer care executive and technical support person. As a customer service person you need to get all the details from the customer and give technical support related to network issues and other issues in Wipro. The first test is a basic reading test in which the recruiters will be testing your clarity of words and mother-tongue influence on your English language and pronunciation. There will be some sentences given on the basic of which your clarity will be checked for example rhyming words like “Calibration” and “Celebration” and the like. Then the second test will be the voice assessment test in which you have to read a predefined paragraph which they will provide you. They will be checking your Clarity, Ascent neutrality, fluency and grammar.
The next test is for testing your grammar and mental skills, you will be given a topic or most of the time, they ask you to speak on any topic which is not related to your domain, technical or computer related. We recommend you to choose the current topics from the sports, government and other latest news. This will show that you are updated about what is going around in the world. You may also choose some topics such as Women Harassment, Eve teasing, Poverty in India etc, this also determines your kindness, but make sure after choosing these types of topics, you must provide a solution for eradicating your problem. This test also have some psychological testing also, so be very clear about the words in your thoughts and try to avoid negative words or negative topics.
The step four is the last step which is the HR round. In the last HR round you will be asked some questions related to your personal life, your work experience, your responsibilities, your past work, your vision etc. Some basic HR question which were asked in some Wipro BPO placement procedure are given below.
