Candidate should be passed 3 years Diploma course in any of the below
mentioned disciplines or M.Sc Electronics course is necessary to apply
for this vacancy. However, the educational qualification obtained from a
recognized University or Institution is mandatory.

The maximum age limit for this job is restricted to 27 years as on 13th
May 2013 for the General category applicants. Others, who are under OBC,
SC /ST and PH category, may claim relaxation in upper age by providing a
valid reservation (Community) certificate.
Selection Process:
The recruitment process for this job comprises several stages, after
application submission the recruiting authority shortlists eligible
candidates depending upon their qualifications and invites for written
exam. Candidates who score appreciable marks in this exam will be called
for personal interview. Based on the performance in this selection
process the recruitment will be finalized.
Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be appointed as a Telecom Technical
Assistant with an appreciable salary according to the revised pay scale
of Rs.13600-25420/- per month. Along with this salary the employee will
also benefits with other allowances provided by the department.
Application Fee:
General and OBC category applicants need to pay an Exam Fee of Rs.500/-
by means of Bank Draft or Pay Order drawn in favour of “The Accounts
Officer (Cash) O/o GM" payable at the respective SSA which is allocated
for your region. Otherwise, the cash receipt can also be paid at the
cash counter of the SSA respective to your region. All SC/ST and
Physically Handicapped category candidates are exempted from paying exam
fee.

Fill the application form with mandatory particulars and affix a
passport size photo on the space provided for it. Verify all the details
and duly sign it in space available in the last page of the form. Send
this with the attested photo copies of School Mark Sheets, Diploma
Certificates and other documents whichever necessary. Superscribe over
an envelope as “Application for Direct Recruitment to the cadre of
Telecom Technical Assistants” and enclose all the documents, Bank Draft
and Application form in it. Send this envelope to the address of the
SSA, which is concerned for the region where you are residing.
